Founder & Director/Lead Preschool Teacher - Verna Aggie
Mrs. Aggie has a love for children and desire to see them grow and achieve and become all they can be. Mrs. Aggie began ACCP 10 years ago and has watched it grow from a home based childcare with a staff of three to a childcare facility with a staff of 11. Mrs. Aggie has achieved her degree from Community College in Philadelphia and West Chester University with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Assistant Director/Lead Toddler Teacher - Kiyanna Aggie
Kiyanna Aggie has worked with Mrs. Aggie for 8 years and has done a wonderful job being assistant director and Lead Teacher for The toddler classroom. She loves to see the children laugh and grow. Kiyanna teaches music, and is creative in art. She also does the little girls hair by braiding in various styles. Kiyanna enjoys being creative and creating the many parent/child activities for the school. Kiyanna's hobbies: hair braiding, piano, singing, art & crafts. Kiyanna receives all her training in early childhood education.
Program Coordinator - Jazmin Watson-Aggie
Newly married Jazmin has worked with ACCP for 5 years. She is the lead teacher for the infant classroom and has a love for babies. She is caring, loving and sincere in her love for children. She provides age appropriate activities for the infants and gives them room for exploration. Jazz is the mother of one son (Jaylen) and is expecting her second baby and we can not wait. Jazz's hobbies: taking care of her family, shopping and socializing. Jazz receives all her training in early childhood education.
Kindergarten Teacher - Sharon Megginson
Sharon works with the infant classroom and assists Jazmin. Sharon enjoys taking care of the babies and providing them with activities that help stimulate their bodies and young minds. She is a great asset to have at ACCP and we look to have her for many years. Sharon receives all her training in early childhood education.
After school Assistant - Aaron Aggie
Aaron enjoys playing with the children and being a good role model for them. He is currently attending Community College of Philadelphia. He expects to complete his course of study in December of 2008 with graduation in May 2009. Way to go Aaron!! Aaron receives all his training in early childhood education. Aaron hobbies: Play video games and play football.
Special Volunteer - Lisa Aggie
Lisa spends a lot of time helping the center when needed. Lisa goes out of her way to be a blessing to us. We thank you Lisa for being there for us. We could not have done the things we do with out you. Lisa is married to Mark.
Lead Teacher/School Bus Driver - James Aggie
Mr. Jay has been with the center for 7 years and enjoys working with the children. The children call his name even when they are at home. He enjoys teaching them their academics and showing them how to write properly. He assists Mrs. Aggie in the day to day operations of ACCP. He is one of the backbones of the center. Mr. Jay also drives the school bus to the area elementary schools. Mr. Jay's hobbies: The eagles
After School Assistant- Stephen Aggie
Stephen helps in the center between his classes. He works with the A.S.A.P school age program and assists with homework, activities, reading and more. He helps where needed. He is now completing his last year of school and we are all proud of him.
School Assistant/ Nutritionist - Lottie Battle
Lottie Battle is the mother and grandmother of everyone. Mrs. Battle joins ACCP with so much energy. She enjoys being with the children and staff. All the children in the center call her grand mom. She preps the food for the children and makes sure it is nutritious. She also lends a helping hand in many other ways. It is nice to have her with us.
